The mission of the NOVA Online instructional design team is to collaborate with and empower faculty to develop, implement, and continually improve online courses, thus contributing to the success of NOVA's distance learners. We use research-based professional practices, instructional strategies, standards, and technology to guide our work and create effective and satisfying teaching and learning experiences.
